About Us

Juan Castro, MBA
President
  As a small business owner for the past 10 years, Juan has been helping many clients grow their businesses.  Juan has experience in the areas of  Business Processes, Small Business Development, Accounting Software Implementation & Support, Customized Training, and Staff Development.
Juan’s record of successful accounting software implementations began in 1999 as a senior consultant with Moore Stephens Potter, CPAs.  He has also served as a Staff Accountant for Jewish Hospital, and as Vice President/ CFO for Bluegrass Community & Technical College.
Through the years, Juan has also been very involved in the Hispanic Community.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish.  He has served on the board of The Lexington Hispanic Association (Asociacion De Hispanos Unidos—AHU) as treasurer and co-treasurer since 2000.  Juan holds a Business Management degree from the University of Houston and an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University.  Juan is a certified Business Partner of many software development firms.  He is authorized to implement, support and train in their specific programs.

Francisco Castro
VP of Sales and Marketing

Francisco has over 20 years of experience in business with an extensive and proven record of achievement in Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. After years of ownership of multiple franchises, as well as, management of multi million dollar operations, Francisco, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, is now committed to educating, and developing Hispanic entrepreneurs and businesses. Francisco has been a personal financial assistant in the Hispanic market in Houston for the past 3 years. As a consultant he has coached families and businesses on the importance of debt freedom and financial independence at the personal level. Through the collaboration of a Financial Needs Analysis, he is able to establish a plan of action that indicates the correct course to follow to achieve the financial goals needed. The Financial Needs Analysis also allows him to make recommendations in the areas of asset protection, asset creation and retirement needs. Francisco has also led several Financial Seminars at different local churches exploring the need for personal fiscal responsibility. Francisco is also a teacher at The Houston Theological Seminary, an extension of Christ for the Nations University, where he teaches, among other subjects, leadership and ethics.

Victoria Lawrence
Project Manager
Vicki has been involved in a number of implementations in the state of Kentucky since 2006.  Having gained her skills from the bottom up, Vicki’s strength is on customer service, support and training.  Over the years, Vicki has applied her knowledge in preparing data for import, balancing all trial balances and reporting.  Vicki has also been an independent consultant for a number of consumer products where customer service was imperative.  She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.  Vicki has worked for such Non-Profit organizations as Saint Joseph Hospital and Community Action Council in Lexington.  She has also worked for   local CPA firms where she gained experience in internal and external auditing, company and personal tax returns, internal controls, profit and not-for-profit businesses, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgets, payroll and bookkeeping..

Victor Castro, A+
IT/Network Consultant
Victor has 4 years of experience in setup and maintaining corporate networks from small to large organizations.  He is currently finishing his degree in computer engineering at University of Louisville speed school.


Clay Maney –
Information Technology Consultant
Clay has several years of experience in information technology and support.  As owner of ProNet Technologies he provides a variety of computer solutions.  He offers support and training in security, network design, implementation, systems maintenance, firewalls, web hosting and many other areas.  Clay has many certifications, and continues to be a valued IT partner.  Clay is based out of Lexington, KY.
